Dedicated to creating synergies to advance NUHS’ tripartite mission of excellence in clinical care, translational clinical research and education, its PI Dr Lim Yoon Pin under the Department of Biochemistry invites suitable qualified candidates for the post of:
Lim YP laboratory of molecular and translational cancer research focuses on the function, mechanism and regulation of WBP2 transcription co-activator, a novel oncogene discovered in the lab. Through various high throughput methods including RNA-seq and interaction proteomics, novel gene targets and regulators of WBP2 have been mapped. The Post-Doctoral Fellows will work closely with the Principal Investigator and team members perform cutting-edge research of these molecular networks of WBP2 that will contribute to the understanding of the molecular etiology and response of cancer cells to drugs. The findings generated will be exploited for cancer therapy and precision medicine.
